How to check my plan information?

  1. Log in to the User Portal.

  2. On the left navigation panel, click on "Account" and enter the "Billing" section.

The "Overview" tab opens. Here, you can see your plan information, the Add-ons available according to your tier, and the complementary Add-ons with usage counters.

You can reach out to your Success Manager by clicking on the "Contact me!" button on the first card.

How to request an Add-on?

  1. Log in to the User Portal.

  2. Go to "Billing".

  3. In the "Overview" tab, you can see the "Add-ons" section. Click on "Manage Add-ons".

  1. Choose the specific Add-on you want to purchase. Click "Order now" on the selected card.

  1. The request form opens. Specify the number of licenses you need in the "Count" parameter, read the information, and check the cost. To confirm your request, click "Order now".
  1. Done! Your Success Manager will reach out to you to confirm all the details.

How to know what free Add-ons are available?

  1. Navigate to the Portal URL and log in.

  2. Go to the "Billing" page.

  3. In the "Overview" tab at the bottom of the screen, you can see the "Usages" section with information about your Add-ons.

How to check my company's information?

  1. Navigate to the "Billing" page.
  2. Click on the "Company info" tab.

There, you find general information, such as:

  • Legal info (name, address, Company ID, and Region).
  • Account Owner.
  • Billing contacts.
  • Admins.

If you are the Account Owner, you can also edit these roles whether to add, remove, or change members.
