How It Works

1. The Process Manager creates a Process workflow for a specific Business Process using the available Triggers and Stages.
2. If the Trigger is set to "Manual", then the Process Manager must provide execution rights to the desired Security Groups or Users. All the specified Users, and those within the specified Security Groups, will see the Process in the Processes section and be able to trigger it manually.
3. When the Process is executed:
   • A new Job is created
   • A Task for each Stage is created and assigned to a human, AI Agent or RPA Bot.
   • Optionally, email notifications can be sent to Task owners (assignees).
4. Tasks are completed by Humans, RPA Bots or AI Agents.
5. When the Tasks are completed the data generated by them are passed to the process workflow as "process variables".
6. The Job will continue executing stages until the last stage is completed, or until it is ended prematurely by a case set up in a Logic stage, by an unexpected error, or by manually stopping the Job.
