Old versions Support Policy

This page defines the list of versions which we guarantee to support. The following table describes the products and the versions:

2	Bot Runner	Latest 5 minor versions	Build version is the latest for every version
3	Portal	Auto-update	Including such products as Orchestrator SaaS, MSP Toolbox

For example, if the current version of Studio Pro or Bot Runner on production is 8.0, then we also provide a guaranteed support for: 7.2, 7.1, 7.0, 6.5. The build versions will be the latest for each build, so if we have a range, say, 7.2.1 - 7.2.15, we support 7.2.15 in that case.
