Support Policy for old versions
This page defines the list of versions which we guarantee to support. The following table describes the products and the versions:

For example, if the current version of Studio Pro or Bot Runner on production is 12.0.x, then we also provide a guaranteed support for: 11.0.x, 10.3.x, 10.2.x, 10.1.x and 10.0.x.
The "x" at the end refers to the build version. In each case, we support only the latest build for each sub-version of the application. For example, for 11.0.x, we might have a range of builds going from 11.0.1 up to 11.0.15 -- in such a case, we would support 11.0.15.
