On-Premises

MISC > On-Premises. Run the ElectroNeek Platform on your own infrastructure.

Overview

ElectroNeek On-Premises lets you run the full ElectroNeek Platform on infrastructure you choose, instead of the ElectroNeek Cloud. It's a good fit for organizations with strict data residency, security or compliance requirements.

Starting with the October 2026 Platform Update, all three modules of the Platform are available On-Premises:

  • AI Agent Management: AI Workflows, Runs, Connections, AI Providers, Forms and Tasks.
  • Document Intelligence: IntelliDocs Document Streams, Test Recognition and Bulk Recognition.
  • RPA Bot Orchestration: Orchestrator, Studio Pro and Bot Runner.

The interface and features are the same as in the Cloud, so the rest of this documentation applies to On-Premises deployments too.

Your data stays in your infrastructure

In an On-Premises deployment, Platform data such as workflows, run logs, execution data, credentials and configuration is stored in the infrastructure you choose. Documents uploaded to IntelliDocs are stored locally while they're processed.

Data you send to third-party services, such as an AI provider or an OCR service, is handled under that provider's terms. See Data Processing for details.

Bring your own AI and OCR licenses

Some services rely on external AI and OCR providers. In an On-Premises deployment, you must provide your own licenses for these providers, and requests are made under your own accounts:

  • OpenAI: for IntelliDocs data extraction and Easley AI.
  • Google Vision: for IntelliDocs and the Google Cloud OCR activities.
  • Microsoft OCR: for the Microsoft Cloud OCR activities.

These services don't work On-Premises without your own license. You only need licenses for the services you plan to use.
