Introduction

The Dashboard page of the AI Agent Management module provides users with a quick and easy way to monitor usage of AI Workflows in your team and the impact they are making.

This page consists of two tabs: Analytics and Details

Analytics

In the Analytics tab, which is the default view of the Dashboard page, you can quickly visualize certain metrics, including:

• Time Saved: Total amount of hours saved thanks to your team's AI Workflows in the past 3 months. This calculation is performed using the data from he Details tab.
• Active Flows: Amount of AI Workflows that are currently active and ready to be executed.
• Automation Runs: Total amount of executions of your team's AI Workflows.
• Flow Runs Over Time: Flow executions per each day. This chart can be downloaded into an image for easy sharing.
• Time Saved Over Time: Hours that your flows are saving per each day. This chart can be downloaded into an image for easy sharing.

Details

In the Details tab, you can set an Estimated Time Per Run for each of your AI Workflows. This number represents how much total time (in hours, minutes and seconds) of manual work are saved each time that each one of your workflows is executed.

For example, consider an AI Support Assistant taking in requests from customers. Before this automation was introduced, each request took human agents an average of 30 minutes. This means that, if the AI Support Assistant receives 1000 requests per month, it will save 500 hours of manual work.

In the Details page, you can also view each AI Workflow's Total Time Saved, and you can download a report with all of this information (in CSV format) with a single click by using the "Download" button.

The Estimated Time Per Run entered in this tab will provide the basis for the "Time Saved" and "Time Saved Over Time" metrics in the Analytics page of the Dashboard, as well.
