Introducing AI Workflows

AI Workflows are Cloud-native automations that combine the abilities of many different kinds of tools and actors. A single AI Workflow can contain any and all of the following:

• Unlimited AI Agents with access to app-powered tools — and you can bring your own AI.
• Triggers based on events in your SaaS apps.
• +580 integrations out of the box, with more to come.
• Webhooks to create custom integrations with your own systems.
• Human inputs through Forms and Chat interfaces.
• Native integration with our Document Intelligence (IntelliDocs) and RPA (Orchestrator) modules.

Best of all, AI Workflows run entirely on the Cloud, so they require no infrastructure of your own. You build them by combining Triggers and Actions — the building blocks provided by Pieces — in a drag-and-drop editor, with no code required.

Bring your own AI with AI Providers

Connect the AI models you already use. On the AI Providers page you can set credentials for providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini and Azure, which then power the universal AI pieces (like Text AI) across all of your flows — with no per-step setup required.

Connect your apps once with Connections

Connections let you authenticate each app a single time and reuse that connection across every workflow. All credentials are stored securely, and OAuth tokens are refreshed automatically in the background.

Monitor every execution with Runs

Every time a workflow runs, it's recorded on the Runs page. You can track the status of each run, filter by flow or status, and open any run to inspect the input and output of every step — making troubleshooting fast and transparent.

Measure your impact with the Dashboard

The Dashboard gives you an at-a-glance view of the value your automations deliver, including time saved, active flows, total automation runs, and trends over time.

Get started fast with ready-made templates

You don't have to start from scratch. The Explore page offers dozens of pre-built templates that you can import with a single click, then customize for your own accounts and data.
