Business Hub 2.0
Our Business Hub has undergone a significant transformation, now offering dedicated sections for Marketing, Sales, and HR. These sections are packed with valuable resources and materials tailored to meet the specific needs of MSPs and IT service providers in their Go-to-Market strategy.
In Marketing, users can explore IT marketing essentials, including webpage design, online visibility, and more. The Sales section empowers users to boost their sales approach, optimize sales software stacks, and master prospecting, while HR focuses on modern recruitment strategies and hiring.
Add-Ons:
- Self-Service Plans and Addons: With this release, users gain the power of self-service, enabling them to purchase plans and add-ons independently. This functionality eliminates the need for sales representatives to set up the buying process.
- Clear Bundles: Plans and add-ons are now clearly defined with SKUs matching an external price list, simplifying the purchasing process.
- Plan Selection and Upgrades: Users can now easily select their desired plans and optional addons based on their region. This release also provides seamless upgrade options to access more advanced functionalities as their business grows.
- Enhanced Notifications: Users and management receive notifications when parameter consumption reaches 50% or 70%, providing real-time updates to manage their services effectively.
What's Improved
- Enhanced Anti-Captcha: The Anti-Captcha feature has been relocated to Studio Pro within the Internal Billing system, now available on a flexible monthly basis, providing users with greater control and convenience.
- Reseller Plan Visibility: Plan details are now accessible to Resell and Reseller Company Types on the Overview Your Plan page, ensuring transparent and tailored information for these users.
- Slack Notifications: Notifications have been integrated, ensuring that every time a user creates a community organization, a message is sent to the CommunityNotifications channel. This feature facilitates communication and provides stakeholders with timely updates on community organization creation.
