Release 10.2 brings significant enhancements and fixes to our platform, focusing on streamlining user experiences and improving integration functionalities. Explore the latest enhancements for a smoother and more efficient platform experience.

What's Improved:

Community Edition Registration

  • Community Registration: Efficiency Users can now create a Community account with just an email through the CWS, streamlining the onboarding process. New Community organizations will be created in NA with a pending status.
  • Community Activation Process: The activation process for Community users invited via email has been simplified, allowing users to easily activate their accounts and access the Portal with a simplified invitation email.
  • Language Localization: Spanish translations for Captcha in the [Portal] registration flow have been enhanced, ensuring a smoother experience for Spanish-speaking users during registration.

HubSpot integration

  • HubSpot Integration: The HubSpot integration has been expanded to provide better synchronization of country names and states from Internal Billing. Now, contacts in HubSpot will accurately reflect the country names used in Internal Billing, ensuring consistency in data mapping.
  • Internal Billing Update: The process of updating HubSpot with new users from Internal Billing has been optimized. Marketing specialists can now drive targeted actions by feeding HubSpot with every new user's information, including properties such as user ID, plan, roles, and organization details.

What's Fixed

  • Studio Web Picker Error Resolution: The Studio's Web Picker has been optimized to handle errors related to selectors containing special characters such as "$".
  • Credential Deletion Messaging: When deleting credentials under Settings → Credential Management, users will now see a more informative message confirming the account's removal.
  • Bot Runner Installation Robustness: The Bot Runner installer now gracefully handles scenarios where the kill command fails during installation, ensuring users can complete the installation process even in cases where specific permissions may be restrictive.
