September 2025 Platform Update: Multiple performance and reliability improvements for RPA + new BPM features

We are proud to announce a new update to the ElectroNeek Platform. This update includes fixes, improvements and optimizations for multiple RPA features, as well as new features for the Processes & AI Agents module.

What's New

Process Triggers

We are thrilled to launch a highly anticipated feature for the ElectroNeek Processes & AI Agents module: Process Triggers. This feature allows you to add new ways to trigger the launch of your Processes. As well as the pre-existing method, now labelled "Manual Trigger", we have introduced two Trigger types in this update: Public Forms and Webhooks. Public Forms allow you to make any of your Forms available publicly for users outside of the ElectroNeek Platform, similar to how other form-building applications operate. The Webhook Process Trigger introduces the ability to launch a Process from a Webhook URL or an HTTP request from any ElectroNeek application or third-party solutions.

Additionally, to support the new Process Triggers, we have introduced improvements to how the Processes work -- the RPA Bot Stage now passes all Process Variables as input values to the workflows, and a new "Manual Variables" option has been introduced for manually introducing new variables. Finally, the Logic Stage has had a "Manual" option introduced for evaluating variables from Public Forms and Webhooks.

🚧

Note

After this update, some of the AI Agent Stages and/or HTTP Call Stages in your Processes may stop displaying their Stage Type and may not work correctly. This can be fixed by simply editing the Stage, re-selecting the Stage Type, and then Saving. All of the parameters will remain as they were.
